1. Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed and handed over to the carrier within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak sales seasons or extreme weather, processing may take a little longer — we will notify you via email if delays occur.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on order weight, item quantity, and destination — the final amount will be shown at checkout.

  • Multiple shipping options (standard, express, economy) are offered at checkout with different prices and delivery times.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic orders: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • This is an estimated timeframe only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor the delivery status on the carrier's website or tracking platforms.

  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact us.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are borne by the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. If a package is returned or destroyed due to unpaid duties or incomplete clearance documents, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting losses.


6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address or contact details, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the address, and we will ship to the address provided at checkout. Any loss or return caused by an incorrect address will be the buyer's responsibility.

  • To cancel an order, please do so before shipment. After dispatch, cancellations will be treated as standard returns (return shipping costs to be borne by the buyer).


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours of signing — we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or the local courier first. If the package is confirmed lost, we can help initiate an investigation, though compensation is not guaranteed.

  • For orders that are significantly overdue (over 10 business days beyond the estimated timeframe), we will work with the carrier to expedite delivery, or offer a reshipment or refund (subject to stock availability and case circumstances).
